****Your family must be a Shalom Center Food Pantry guest who has received food in the last 90 days (prior to Oct. 1) AND your child MUST be in K-12 to qualify.****

Happy Holidays from Shalom Center and a secret partner who makes this event possible! Please use the link below to register to receive Secret Santa gifts for your children. Registration will go from October 12 through November 3, or until capacity is reached.

If your family has more than 6 children in your household, please complete this online form for six of your children. Then contact the Food Pantry directly at (262) 658-1713 ext.100 to register the additional children over the phone.

After you submit the form, you will receive an email confirming that your form was properly submitted. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please call Shalom Center at (262) 658-1713.

We will send you an email the week of December 7 for final confirmation and instructions.

Families must pick up their gifts Tuesday, December 15, between 11 am-1 pm. You may pick up your gifts on the north side (43rd Street) of the building at the Shalom Center at 4314 39th Avenue, Kenosha.
